About Supervisory Board

The Supervisory board is three-member group of individuals, which two of them are members of board and one chosen by the members of consortium. They supervise the proper implementation of board approvals by the executive board. This board is formal body that provides binding advice to the management of executive board. Only head of supervisory board who membered of board does have vote on board.
